Five star from arrival to departure

The Park

Oakdown holds the AA Five Star Platinum Pennant — one of the few holiday parks in East Devon to do so. The park is home to thousands of trees and shrubs planted across the landscaped groves, giving pitches a natural sense of privacy that dogs seem to appreciate as much as their owners.

Two amenity blocks offer ladies and gents toilets and showers, unisex accessible facilities, a family bathroom, laundry and kitchen. Four Pod Point EV charging points are available on site.

AA Five Star Platinum Pennant

97% at inspection in May 2026. One of the few parks in East Devon to hold this award.

David Bellamy Conservation Gold

Held every year since 1996. The trees, shrubs and wildlife habitats are part of why the park looks and feels the way it does.
