These terms cover how you use the Oakdown Holiday Park website. Booking a holiday with us is a separate matter and is covered by our booking terms and conditions.
By using this website you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them from time to time and the version shown here is the one that applies.
Booking is covered elsewhere
Nothing on this page changes your booking contract with us. Depending on what you have booked, one of these applies:

Keeping the site accurate
We take care to keep prices, availability, facilities and opening times correct, but details do change through the season. Nothing on this website is an offer to contract. Your holiday is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing.

Photographs and words
The photographs, written content, logo and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please ask before copying or republishing any of it. We are usually happy to say yes.
Links to other websites
We link to beaches, attractions, transport and local businesses to help you plan your time in East Devon. Those websites are not ours. We do not control what they publish and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
Using the site properly
Please do not try to damage the site, reach parts of it that are not meant for visitors, or use it in a way that stops other people using it.
Availability
We aim to keep the site running at all times but we cannot promise it will always be available. It may be unavailable while we carry out maintenance.

If something is wrong
Please tell us. Most things are sorted out quickly with a word at reception. If you would rather put it in writing, our complaints procedure explains how.
