Insurance for UK Holidays

Please remember that Holiday Insurance for holidays taken in the UK is just as important as it is for when going abroad.  Please ensure, when obtaining quotes, that any insurance taken out covers CANCELLATIONS.  You may need to cancel due to illness, home emergency, bad weather or transport issues.  Also, consider medical assistance, in the case of hospital admissions and moving you nearer to home, if you need this.

Seasonal Pitch – Waiting List 2026

If you have ever considered having a Seasonal Pitch at Oakdown, then make a note in your diary for 1st August 2025 – the date our Waiting List for 2026 opens!

To register your interest, please contact us as soon as possible on or after the 1st August with your contact details and pitch preference(s), if any.  Pitches are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and we hope to be able to offer pitches from early September.

For our current Seasonal Guests – your Seasonal Pitch paperwork will be sent out to you, by e-mail in the last week of August.  If you prefer a hard copy, then please let us know.
