Non Serviced
No services — no water, drainage or electricity hook-up.
Serviced
Electricity hook-up only.
Super Serviced
Fully serviced with water, drainage and electricity hook-up, on Whitebeam, Maple, Sycamore or Evergreen 1–4.

All charges below are inclusive of 2 persons and 1 car.
Prices include free hot water to hand basins, showers and dish washing facilities. Family bathrooms have coin-operated hot taps at a cost of £1.

Extras on All Touring Pitches
All charges above are inclusive of 2 persons and 1 car. Extra guests, equipment and vehicles are charged separately, at the same rate at all times.
Gazebos are only permitted if no awning is erected — if a gazebo is erected, it’s charged as an awning. Sun canopies are charged as a porch awning.
Maximum tent size accepted is 6 metres by 4 metres on the main park. Larger units are accepted on Beech Grove.

Storage is within a locked and alarmed area. Caravans over 7ft 6in wide carry a £70 premium across all storage options.
