Clean Paws dog spa
A day on the beach or through the heather deserves a proper clean-up. Clean Paws is our own purpose-built dog wash, set centrally on the park — free to use throughout your stay.
Your dog walks up a ramp into a secure area, so there is no lifting a wet spaniel into a sink.
What is in there

- A professional dog hairdryer, not a travel hairdryer balanced on a shelf
- A secure area with a ramp, so there is no lifting

It proves most popular with the owners — perhaps less so with the dogs.
Built the way we build things
The lighting is solar powered then our panels offset some of the electricity. It was put together using recycled materials from the site, with local companies doing the work.

Shampoo and supplies
The Oak Mead shop stocks dog shampoo for use in Clean Paws, along with treats plus other essentials. Useful if you have forgotten something or run out mid-stay.
