Coronavirus: latest news for Oakdown Holiday Park
We are frequently reviewing the latest Government advice and how this could affect your holiday.
Finally, a date to look forward to! After the most recent announcement, we will be re-opening on Monday 12th April for self-catering accommodation. WooHoo!
From April 12th:
As of the 12th of April we will be welcoming guest to enjoy our self-catering accommodation and touring park. Our shared toilet and shower facilities will remain closed until at least 17th May due to Government restrictions. Please only book a touring pitch if you have your own facilities in your caravan or motorhome. No amenities will be open until 17th May. Tent bookings will not be accepted without a toilet tent.
We will not be allowed to welcome guests to dine or drink in the Oakmed Café, however, we are open for takeaway with an extensive menu filled with everything from snacks and drinks to burgers and pizzas!
The Pitch and Putt will re-open, ready for you to work on your swing!
All individuals in your holiday party must be from the same household or support bubble.
From May 17th:
As of the most recent Government guidelines, from 17th May we hope to be able to re-open our shared facilities, allowing us to welcome guest to enjoy camping and glamping holidays. We will also be re-opening the Clean Paws dog spa!
Restrictions may still remain at this stage around facilities such as the amenity building, but we expect outdoor play areas to be allowed to be open throughout the season.
Please remember that these guidelines are subject to Covid secure procedures.
Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support – we can’t wait to welcome you back!
