• Outside there is decking to the side which is suitable for outside entertaining.

This 2013 pre-owned holiday home  ready sited, there is no delivery or connection fees to pay

• Holiday homes are connected to metered water, drainage and electricity
• Running costs will vary depending on size of the holiday home and usage
• a fee of approximately £1300 covers business rates, water company charges and a contribution to our recycling and refuse collections
