• Outside there is decking to the side which provides an opportunity for outdoor socialising.

This well maintained 2020 holiday home is already sited, no delivery or connection fees are payable

• Pitch fees – £3,760 for 2024 season – 1st March 2024 to 7th January 2025
• Holiday homes are connected to water, Drainage and metered electricity.
• Running costs vary on the size of the holiday home and usage
• A fee of approximately £1,300 covers business rates, water company charges and a contribution to our recycling and refuse collection.
