Clean Paws Dog Spa
With your canine friend in mind, we have designed and built this bespoke dog wash. We named it Clean Paws and it is equipped with a dog bath with a hot water shower and a doggie hair dryer – all free to use on your pet friendly holiday!
The lighting in the hut is solar powered and the spa is open for use all day. We have also reduced the carbon footprint by using recycled materials from the site and local companies.
Dog shampoo is available in our shop.

Here at our Sidmouth holiday park, we know how important it is to keep the kids entertained! Our centrally positioned play areas have swings, climbing frames many new items, an embankment slide, and our pride and joy is a fantastic play tower-this gives hours of play pleasure, all equipment is on a modern safety surfaces.
One play area is on our main park and the second one is on Beech Grove adjacent to the café and Oakmead Golf.
A quiet room is set aside in our amenity building for those wishing to watch TV or play pool or table football.
We also have a “borrow/lend” book section for you to browse.
Oakdown now offers a network of wifi repeaters around the Park. Oakdown has made a large investment into this project, having had many obstacles to jump through, it’s been a timely process. The wifi network is supplied via a satellite location on the Park, internet speeds from the local exchange just couldn’t cope with the demand, we are currently installing extra repeaters in areas where there is limited coverage, so be sure to check the availability before purchasing a voucher. (Due to Oakdown’s Rural setting signal strength can be intermittent)

The Golf is open all year round and is also OPEN TO NON RESIDENTS. £7 for adults and £4 for a child. Please pay at the OakMead café and collect your equipment (if required) and a score card
