Oakdown is the perfect choice for a stay in a luxury lodge in Devon.  We have award-winning facilities, and are lucky to have many attractions nearby, catering for the whole family, including the grandparents!  We are located directly off the A3052, so easy access for those travelling from afar.  We are proud to have achieved a Gold David Bellamy Award 2021/22 for our continuing commitment to conservation and the environment.  As you arrive the trees will amaze you and help you to achieve that feeling of well-being as soon as you have unpacked.  Sidmouth beaches are 3 miles away and have received the all important Blue Flag Award 2021.

All of our luxury lodges are finished to the highest standard and are subject to an enhanced cleaning program on changeovers.  They are suitable for both couples and families, with two bedrooms, a roomy living room with pull out guest bed and a fully equipped kitchen catering for six.  Bedding and towels are provided for each guest staying.

Our pet free lodges, which are the luxury Victory Belmor design, are located in Cherry Grove.

Our pet friendly lodges, which are the luxury Victory Stonewood design, are located in Hazel Grove and include a bed/blanket for your dog/cat, feeding bowl and a biscuit treat.  There are five pet friendly lodges, so book early to avoid disappointment.  We also have one leisure lodge located in Oakgrove which is at ground level, so no steps to negotiate.

We have adventure play areas for the children, a cafe and shop where you can enjoy hot food, refreshments and stock up on the essentials and some of the luxuries!  Whether you visit us early, middle or late in the season you will find Oakdown is the perfect place to stay in one of our leisure lodges.

Sales and Security

Sales – if you dream of owning your own Leisure Lodge, in the heart of Devon, then Oakdown is a great place to consider.  Oakgrove and Pine Grove are our private owners locations at Oakdown.

Occasionally we have previously owned units which become available for sale.  If you would like to visit, or need any further details on owning a holiday home with us, please do not hesitate to call reception on 01297 680387, where a member of the team will be happy to help.

Security – both Parks are protected at night by height restricting barriers at the Park entrances. These barriers restrict all vehicles over 2m or 6’6” from entering/exiting the Park between the hours of 10.30pm and 8.30am.
